Easter Dance with the Tanzhausgeiger
Music and dance for the whole family.
“Every patch of earth becomes a dance floor, every house a house of dance”, that’s the promise the Tanzhausgeiger make. They discover music in ancient manuscripts or distill it directly from the steaming halls and play traditional improvised dance music learned from old recordings and scores, village musicians and friends, here and on their travels through Europe. In order to imitate and participate, Simon Wascher will show the audience a basic repertoire of movements so you can enjoy traditional dancing.
Come on in and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm and passion!
